By accessing or using Benji ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Benji is a content discovery platform that connects content creators ("Creators") with listeners/viewers ("Members"). Creators pay to have their content discovered; Members earn rewards for verified attention and honest feedback.

• You must be 18 years or older to create a campaign.
• All campaign payments are processed via Stripe. Benji retains a 20% platform fee; the remaining 80% is allocated to member rewards.
• Payments are non-refundable once a campaign is activated.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with all applicable laws and platform guidelines.

• You must be 18 years or older to earn rewards.
• Rewards are earned only for verified, genuine attention — not for bots, scripts, or any form of manipulation.
• Benji reserves the right to withhold or reverse rewards for suspected fraud or policy violations.
• Cashout requests are subject to a minimum threshold and identity verification.

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to complete missions or simulate attention
• Submit false or misleading feedback
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent platform limits
• Upload or promote content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting it to Benji, you grant us a limited license to display and distribute it within the Platform for the purpose of running your campaign.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Benji does not guarantee specific results, completion rates, or earnings from campaigns.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Benji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at our sole discretion.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
