Quality Expectations

• Provide honest, thoughtful feedback — not what you think the customer wants to hear

• Complete missions yourself — do not outsource or share your account

• Submit original UGC that you created — do not submit others' work

• Take your time — rushed or low-effort responses may be flagged

• Your quality score reflects your marketplace reliability, not your personal worth

Privacy & Safety

• Your profile information is used for campaign targeting, never shared directly with customers

• UGC media is stored privately — only you, the customer, and Benji admins can access it

• Financial data is handled through secure payment providers (Stripe)

• You can dispute eligible rejection decisions through the support center

• Prohibited or fraudulent activity can result in marketplace access restrictions

These standards are product policy, not legal advice. Benji reserves the right to update standards and restrict access for violations.
